You can get Scavenged Solar Panels in Fallout 76 Minerva, a gold bullion vendor selling rare plans and recipes at a discount. However, the location and items Minerva sells vary, so you’ll need to search the Appalachia map for her.

From April 10, 2023, to April 12, 2023, 12.00 Est, Minerva will locate at the Crater. She will sell Scavenged Solar Panels and other items like Dyanamyte, Grenades, Backpack, and Secret Service Under Armor.

You can get Scavenged Solar Panels for 1500 Gold Bullion, much lower than buying from other vendors. Therefore, it’s always a good idea to check Minerva’s location before shopping elsewhere.

Additionally, you can get Scavenged Solar Panels from other vendors and craft them yourself. However, preparing the panels requires a decent amount of resources, so you should plan before starting the project.
