Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is here with 33 new weapons to enjoy killing alive and undead targets in the game. All Black Ops 6 weapons have new attachments for building fresh loadouts, which is way better optimized than having 99+ optics in MW2/MW3. Here’s the list of all there’s to reload and get kills within BO6, with their best loadouts linked under their title. Welcome to The Nerd Stash Black Ops 6 armory, “we’ve got a job to do.”
Assault Rifles
Want something to hit mid-range with ease? Assault rifle class is all yours to take a peek at. We’ve got 7 ARs in Black Ops 6, some of which are among the best weapons in the game. And yes, AS Val is back!
XM4
Same as how it was in Black Ops Cold War, the XM4 AR is an ordinary gun that unlocks once you boot up the game. The gun features less recoil than electric trains, but instead, its damage is just normal.
AK-74
A classic villain’s weapon is back in another Call of Duty game, and this time, it actually comes with moderated recoil. This AK-47 variant is just as balanced as the XM4, while in exchange for a little gunkick, it comes with more punching power.
AMES 85
AMES 85 is a fast burner, shooting rounds with an incredible fire rate. But, a nice ability on a weapon always comes with a cost, and for the AMES 85, it’s the accuracy. Change some attachments or read our best loadout guide for this Black Ops 6 weapon above to handle it.
GPR 91
Looks like the DG-58 LSW from MW3, but it is described as having the best-in-class handling with a ripper-like fire rate. Surely does sound like a perfect weapon, only if it had better movement speed and more power.
Model L
This is the Milano of the Assault Rifle class in Black Ops 6, and probably the best-balanced weapon among all in the game. The damage is high, movement is fast enough for an AR, and the fire rate reads with accuracy.
Goblin MK2
The Mark II of the Goblin’s craft, this weapon will shine in Warzone for ripping off 3 armor plates with 1 burst. In Black Ops 6, however, you need to be super accurate if you want them dead with only 3 bullets, which has to be put directly between the eyes.
As Val
Oh, the beloved As Val without the need for the muzzle attachment is here, and it is mighty. The super-sonic fire rate of this AR makes it one of the best weapons of all in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and that’s if you can tune the gun and handle its recoil.
SMGs
There are a total of 6 SMGs in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and I have to admit, almost all of them are just amazing in their tone. We’ve got fire rate gods here, alongside the ones like Milano from Cold War; sick.
C9
First, we had MP5, then it became the Lachmann-Sub, and now it’s C9. The H&K SMG is always reincarnated in shooter genre games, and Call of Duty always has one when it’s any year after the 60s. High fire rate, great accuracy, and balanced damage; this gun is a top pick.
Jackal PDW
The mix of an AK-47u and UZI is the Jackal PDW. Balanced damage, good fire rate, and accuracy that’s a little tricky to handle. The Jackal PDW surely is an AK child.
Kompakt 92
Finally, a weapon in Black Ops 6 that has a full ring iron sight instead of the cut ones of the AMES 85 and C9. The Kompakt 92 has the fastest fire rate among all SMGs in Black Ops 6, making it the best choice for close-range combat. More than 15 meters and you’re in trouble; unless you use the right loadout.
PP-919
In mobility, the PP-919 isn’t the king of the SMG class, however, it has the largest magazine for using it as a small LMG in Domination and Hardpoint game modes. Accuracy is balanced, and damage is solid, but the fire rate, well, you might need to have that Rapid Fire mod on it in every single loadout.
KSV
KSV is a weapon that doesn’t require a mastery level to take full advantage of. The gun is fast with solid damage and a balanced fire rate. This is probably the meta you’re looking for.
Tanto .22
The famous Milano is here in Black Ops 6 with another name. The Tanto .22 is a punchy SMG that comes with the lowest fire rate in its class, but you don’t need more than a few bullets to take down the enemies in close and mid-range. AR competitor indeed.
Marksman Rifles
A combination of AR and Sniper Rifles is what you’d call the Marksman Rifle. This class offers some of the most powerful DMR weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, giving you the pleasure of two-tapping the opponents.
SWAT 5.56
SWAT 5.56 seems like a very fun weapon to use. It can kill with only 1 burst if shot at the enemy’s upper body, and it’s got a nice full-ring iron sight that’d save you an attachment. In terms of fire rate and power, however, you might need the CHF barrel and Rapid Fire mod added.
Tsarkov 7.62
Hands down the best marksman rifle in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, giving one-shot headshots at a balanced fire rate. Add the Rapid Fire mod and you’ll win most 1v1 fights even if you miss the headshot.
AEK-973
AEK-973, a variation of AK that shoots in burst instead of full auto. Just like SWAT 5.56, you get the one-burst kill if you’re accurate, however, you’ll have more fire rate to fix those missed shots so long as you have the chance.
DM-10
DM-10 looks heavy, but in practicality, it’s one good weapon to rival the Tsarkov 7.62. It comes with an optic itself, but the power is a bit less than the best marksman rifle in the game, making it up by giving you more fire rate to have fun with.
Sniper Rifles
“Sniping is a good job mate,” especially when you hear them heads pop with a 50 Cal bullet. Bolt-action or not, the Black Ops 6 Sniper class is the one you have to try.
LW3A1 Frostline
Fastest quick scope machine in the SR class, the LW3A1 Frostline gives you the classic sniper feeling with balanced power and solid accuracy.
LR 7.62
Not the slowest, but the strongest there is, the LR 7.62 sniper rifle is a super accurate weapon with the longest damage range among all Black Ops 6 weapons.
SVD
The DMR/sniper rifle hybrid, the SVD better known as Dragunov in previous Call of Duty titles is back in Black Ops 6. This is like a better version of the Tsarkov 7.62 marksman rifle if you trade the mobility with more power. Two shots and they’re down in Warzone; guaranteed.
LMGs
Playing Domination or Hardpoint? Take one of these heavy baddies and hold the line until they stop rushing. The names have changed, but the RPK is here alongside a variant of M4 that’s LMG; low recoil and medium damage indeed.
PU-21
Like the raw power of the AK-74 in Black Ops 6? Well, the PU-21 is an LMG variant of the AK family, delivering balanced accuracy and high firepower on the table. Mobility isn’t the LMGs best option.
XMG
As the name suggests, this is an LMG version of the classic Black Ops XM4 assault rifle that delivers almost the same power and even better accuracy. It’s a bit lighter than PU-21, but the damage doesn’t match Kalashnikov’s design.
GPMG-7
The GPMG-7 is the right pick for the job. Heavy, robust, and brutal, the GPMP-7 is best suited for players who hold the spawn area line of the enemies, keeping them right where they’re supposed to be. One of the best long-range rifles to consider in Warzone indeed.
Shotguns
Compared to MW3, the Shotgun class isn’t the best here in Black Ops 6. There are only 2 of these bullet spreaders, and they’re not on the meta-level; at least not yet.
Marine SP
This is the Reclaimer 18 of the Black Ops 6 era, allowing for super high firepower in close-range combat. No other gun would defeat this shotty unless they’re more than 8 meters away from you; that’s when you have the right to be scared holding the Marine SP.
ASG-89
Missed the first shot with your shotgun? Then just hit another with this semi-automatic pallet shooter. The ASG-89 is one of those guns that’s nerve-racking in Warzone and Black Ops 6 Multiplayer if it reaches a pro camper’s hands. Just bring this shotgun to BO6 Zombies; the undead are going to love it.
Pistols
Just like every other Black Ops game, pistols are awesome here. It must have something to do with the famous Black Ops cover poses with Mustang and Sally, right? Regardless, these are some of the best weapons to use as your secondary in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, even if they don’t come with a fancy conversion kit.
9mm PM
Probably not the strongest but one of the most accurate pistols to land shots on the enemy’s body with in Black Ops 6. You can boost its fire rate with attachments and add some range to it, but still, 9mm PM goes nowhere beyond an ordinary pistol.
Grekhova
Rules are saying that you can’t have two primary weapons in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Warzone, and Grekhova proves just how much you won’t need that feature. Yes, you can use Gunfighter Wildcard and fancy an additional rifle in your loadout, but don’t you like to have a pocket SMG that comes with a super high fire rate? Better, you can dual-wield this automatic pistol and beat anyone in close-range combat.
GS45
The GS45 sits right in between the terms “ordinary” and “meta” in the pistol class. It’s got the power and the accuracy, and you can upgrade to blast-shooting Sally & Forth in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
Stryder .22
If you take GS45 and give it more damage, it’d become the Stryder .22 in Black Ops 6. This is a pistol that can 2-shot the opponents in BO6 Multiplayer, and its Akimbo build can absolutely crush the opponents.
Launchers
- HE-1
- Cigma 2B
Launchers are launchers in every CoD game, nothing special about them. They’re pretty fun for creating amusing clips of blasting someone off though.
Melee
- Knife
- Baseball Bat
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has introduced a new weapon loadout system where you can always carry a melee weapon with you as a third option. But, no build for them, you know. Can’t put a Red Dot Sight on a bat.
