The influencer is one of the presenters at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, so it is not shocking that she wanted to make a fashion statement. However, it seems Rae didn’t prepare for the weather to take things a bit too far.
Hours before the award show, the He’s All Like That actress was seen exiting The Bowery Hotel in New York. Rather than giving the cheering crowd a glimpse of her look for the big night, Rae tricked them by dressing down. She headed to the venue wearing a white robe and matching open-toe heels. Her blonde hair was styled into a simple side part with a pearl hair clip placed in front. The Internet personality accessorized with a pair of sunglasses, and her face was mildly glammed.
It is unknown if her outfit was under the robe or if the robe was the main look. Nevertheless, Rae seemed super proud of her antics and couldn’t stop smiling as she walked to her vehicle. Unfortunately, karma came knocking on her door when the wind blew her robe open, almost exposing her groin area. However, the 23-year-old didn’t seem fazed, maintaining her composure and smile in front of the cameras.

After years on the scene, thanks to TikTok fame, Rae finally inched closer to actualizing her music career. The pop track is her major label debut single since signing with Columbia Records earlier in the year. Per Billboard, Diet Pepsi earned over 3.05 million official on-demand U.S. streams in its first week of release. It also topped Spotify’s USA Viral 50 chart and has garnered over 3.5 million YouTube views for its official music video. Hopefully, she is able to maintain the momentum without any NSFW interruption.
