Alexandra Daddario has shown Instagram that her lockdown yoga sessions haven’t stopped just because the world is back in action. Posting a video of a barefoot yoga session recently, The White Lotus star showed off her love of the zen exercise, delivering slow, sustained moves and telling fans that freeing one’s hips leads to freedom in the mind.
Daddario enjoyed a solo session back in July, gaining over 170,000 likes for her share. She joins the long list of celebrity yogis, not limited to actress Jennifer Aniston, model Gisele Bundchen, and singer Miley Cyrus.

Keeping comfortable in a lightweight t-shirt and sweatpants, Alexandra immersed herself in her session while delivering moves on a mat.
Filmed inside a studio, the Baywatch bombshell stretched her legs, arms, and back while peeping hints of her abs via her cropped tee, but this post wasn’t about flaunting her figure. The blue-eyed beauty wore her hair down as she included cobra and downward dog moves, also stretching her hamstrings as she used the floor for support.
It’s About Freeing The Hips
In a caption, Daddario wrote: “Free your hips and your mind will follow.”
“Alexandra’s always in shape💪,” one fan replied. The video came shortly before the actress made headlines for showing the results of her yoga sessions as she modeled a plunging string bikini to celebrate a pool party hosted by the Dior fashion brand she fronts. See the yoga video below.
Alexandra has opened up about her wellness, including mentioning her love of yoga. “I do a ton of yoga. I find it more than just physically beneficial, but also emotionally. It’s great to take an hour to just chill out, be away from your phone, and focus on positivity,” she told Muscle & Fitness.
The actress also outlined what lands on her plate. When prompted to list her favorite healthy eats, she revealed: “Salads, fish, and rice, especially before a workout. I keep Lara bars in my purse. I also love avocados. I’ll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that’s a healthy and filling snack.”
