Ashley Graham recently gave her 21.6 million fans a glimpse into her fitness regimen with stunning workout videos. Via Instagram stories, she shared a clip of herself at the gym, sitting with her legs apart while lifting dumbbells. Her trainer’s voice sounded in the background cheering her on while counting up the numbers.
She followed with another workout video, this time, under the active supervision of her trainer. In the workout clip, Ashley Graham looked excited doing a front plank using an exercise ball. Her female fitness trainer @Shannonshape added to the excitement by hitting the exercise ball on all sides as Ashley struggled to cling on amid hearty giggles. Impressively, the model made the ten-second mark before finally succumbing to her laughter feat. Her caption read,

For her workout session, Ashley Graham opted for a black loose-fitting T-shirt and pants, keeping her toes cozy with a pair of white socks.
