The Batman star is reportedly fed up with JLo’s sassy social media posts now that they’ve officially split. Sources claim that Affleck’s getting sick and tired of Lopez sneakily referencing him and their divorce while sharing snaps and updates about her new single life with her fans.
According to the March 7 edition of Heat World Magazine, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez recently celebrated their first Valentine’s Day since their split. However, JLo didn’t sit around the house moping. Instead, she celebrated the holiday with a photo of herself rocking a pink dress. “My V-Day 2025 Playlist (Self-Love Don’t Coast A Thing),” she captioned the post, using a play on words referencing her 2001 hit song.
While JLo may have seen the post as a way to show that she’s still a happy and independent woman despite her recent divorce. However, Affleck allegedly took it as yet another public dig against him.

“Ben has tried to be understanding, but he finds it irritating to see her dangling out these childish social media titbits. They don’t name him directly, but will obviously be analyzed and linked to him,” an insider dished.
“It really shines a light on why these two were not a good match. Ben wants to live a private life and make movies, whereas JLo is all about the fame game. She loves interacting with fans, in good times and tough.”
The source continued that Lopez is still taking her split with Affleck hard. However, the actor allegedly didn’t even acknowledge Valentine’s Day this year. However, he did reportedly make a joke about being “off the hook” when it came to planning a romantic outing.
It seems that there could be some new drama brewing between Ben and JLo. Affleck is allegedly upset over Lopez’s constant references to their relationship. While he was previously said to be “biting his tongue” about it, he’s reaching a boiling point.
“Every time she makes these thinly-veiled posts on social media, the blowback is terrible – he gets attacked online and has to hear about it from his team. It’s getting on his nerves. Ben wants her to think about that the next time she feels the need to lash out,” says the source.
Despite being divorced, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez seem to always be linked. They may not share any children together, but their long romantic history makes them one of the most intriguing celebrity couples ever.
