Carrie Underwood was all smiles on Instagram as she showed fans why “outdoors” is best. In April 2020, the 40-year-old country singer updated her account from her quarantine, keeping fit at home but making the most of the warming weather.
Celebrating the sunshine as she stunned her fans in a stylish gym look, Carrie made sure to tag her 2015-founded CALIA athleisurewear brand, modeling tight leggings and a tee from the cult range she still retails. Looking cute with a pigtail hairdo, the American Idol winner went low-key, but her fans went wild. The post has now earned Carrie over 240,000 likes.

Sitting on black cube surfacing and likely in a dedicated sports space, Carrie took a break from her workout for her cute photo, showing off her world-famous legs in a bright blue pair of leggings.
Keeping casual in a dark tee that coordinated with her black sneakers, the Fit52 founder looked super-fit, also sending out a fresh-faced glow as she wore the lightest-ever layer of makeup. With rosy blush lifting her cheekbones and a matte foundation base smoothing her skin, Carrie showed off her good looks and her cute hairstyle, choosing to sport her blonde locks in low-hanging pigtails.
“When the weather is nice, outdoor workouts are a must!” she wrote, adding a sunshine emoji. The #ChooseYou and #StayThePath hashtags both gave a nod to mottos used to promote CALIA.
Pays Attention to What She Feeds Herself
Carrie has made headlines for revealing a brief period of disordered eating following her 2005 American Idol win. Restricting her calories and obsessing over her elliptical time, the star quickly realized that she was spiraling and now leads a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
“I found myself feeling sluggish and not feeling like I had as much energy or had that get-up-and-go that I did when I was younger, when I was in my teens,” she has shared.
