However, Roan’s excitement was almost ruined during a heated interaction with a photographer.
During the pre-show, Roan walked the red carpet, rocking a Witcher-esque outfit with a sword. However, her spotlight was stolen when someone in the background yelled, “Shut the fuck up,” while urging her to turn around. While showing someone her outfit, Roan turned her back toward the swarm of photographers. The Good Luck, Babe singer, who has been vocal about setting boundaries with fans, immediately clapped back. “You shut the f*** up!!!” she yelled back while pointing at the suspect. The songstress’ fierce retort immediately silenced the crowd, and she returned to posing for pictures.
In an interview with ET Online backstage, Roan opened up about why the fiery argument. “This is quite overwhelming and scary, I think, for someone who gets a lot of anxiety around people yelling at you,” she confessed. “The carpet is horrifying, and I yelled back. You don’t get to yell at me like that.”

It is not surprising that Roan was quick to fire back at the rude photographer. She has been open about suffering the cons of fame, with fans being too familiar with her. “They need to see me as a random bitch on the street,” she told Rolling Stone. “You can’t yell at a random bitch who’s on the sidewalk that you don’t know. It’s considered catcalling or harassment.”
She recalled some not-so-good moments with overzealous admirers, including an active stalker who showed up at Roan’s parents’ home and once followed her to her hotel room. Roan also mentioned being kissed without her consent and her father’s phone number being leaked. “I got home and dropped to my knees. I have a hard time crying now because of my meds, but I sobbed and was screaming,” she said.
