Destiny 2: Every Secret and Oracle in The Whisper Mission

If you’re one of the many Destiny 2 players who want to get their hands on the new Karve of the Worm Exotic ship, you’ll need to discover all the Secrets and Oracles within the Whisper Exotic mission. There are seven Oracles in total, each contributing toward the Secret Triumph that requires you to collect them and rewards you with Karve of the Worm. Each of these Oracles can only be found in the Legend difficulty of The Whisper mission, but they aren’t too tricky to find. Let’s check out where to find every secret and Oracle in The Whisper Exotic mission in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2: All Oracle Locations in The Whisper

Each Oracle can be found in the Legend difficulty of The Whisper. They appear as large, glowing crystals. You must shoot them to collect them.

Oracle #1

The first Oracle within The Whisper is relatively close to the entrance, so you won’t have to move too far to get to it or fight too many enemies. As soon as you get inside, either use the shortcut or jump up to the Taken Blight room and destroy it. Once you’ve done that, jump down through the hole it was once covering and make your way through the tunnels until you reach the wide open room that begins the platforming portion of The Whisper.

In this room, you’ll have two options. You can either keep heading straight and jump over to the first platform, or you can turn to the left and continue on the ledge. To find the first Oracle, we’ll need to turn to the left and continue on the ledge, jumping over the barricade in the way. Once you reach the end of it, turn to the left once more, and the first Oracle will be in front of you.

Oracle #2

For the second Oracle in The Whisper, you’ll need to continue on through the platforming portion of The Whisper. That said, you’ll need to get past the portions where the moving platforms appear, and then continue on to the other side of the arena, and finally make your way up to the wall where the two large eye-ball resembling structures are and hop onto the elevator just past them.

Once you’re on the elevator, this is where things will change. Rather than following the usual path past the elevator, you’ll need to keep moving forward past your turn. Follow the ledge until you reach the area with the room above it and jump up into it. The room will be empty with the exception of some taken thrall bodies scattered around the floor and the second Oracle.

Oracle #3

The third of the Oracles to be found within Destiny 2‘s The Whisper Exotic mission is slightly harder to access. Once you make it through the area with the elevator, continue on until you reach the alternating ledges with Taken Blasts on each of them. Traverse across the area to the room on the other side with the moving door, then turn around and shoot the Vex Cube to extend a platform on the back side of the final ledge.

Jump back over to the ledge and make your way around to the back side of the area, and you’ll find the third Oracle at the farthest portion of the platform.

Oracle #4

The fourth Oracle can be found farther within the depths of The Whisper. After you get the third Oracle, continue on as you usually would until you reach the large, open room that is surrounded by rock walls with large cracks in the floor.

Starting from the center left side of the room, start working your way up the various ledges on the wall and make your way around the room. By the time you reach the area above where you initially came in at, jump down onto a single platform hidden between the walls. Within this room, you’ll find the fourth Oracle near a pile of Taken bodies.

Oracle #5

To find the fifth Oracle within The Whisper, you’ll need to stay in the Green Room where you found the fourth one. However, rather than staying above the ground, you’ll need to hop down through the cracks on the opposite side of the room from the entrance.

Head all the way through to the back of the room, until you find a rather short hallway that you’ll need to crouch to get through. Head down the hallway, then turn to your right, where you will find Oracle #5.

Oracle #6

The sixth Oracle will require you to take a trip further into The Whisper and through some rather dangerous areas. However, you won’t have to do much fighting so that’s positive. First, head back up through the ramp that takes you out of the depth beneath the Green Room and make your way back up toward the boss room. When you reach the area with the circular ledge that you must traverse, you’ve come to the right place.

Follow the round ledge across to the other side of the massive pillar-like structure, but rather than jumping across the chasm to the door on the other side of the room, jump up on the platform just off the ledge and take a look beneath it, between you and the wall. There’s a small ledge that appears a few feet below it. How down onto that ledge and crouch into the small hallway that connects to it to find the sixth Oracle.

Oracle #7

To find the seventh, and final Oracle, you’ll be staying in the same area with the round ledge and the 6th Oracle. Start by hopping back up to the circular ledge and follow it back around to the opposite side. From there, check across the room for some ledges jutting out from the massive walls. Jump across the chasm and land on those ledges.

Now, follow the ledges up the wall until you are almost directly across from the strange portal in the center of the chasm. It’s going to be a pretty long jump, so utilize some grapple grenades, or even consume a solar grenade to make it over to the portal. Once you’re on top of the portal platform, travel past the portal to find the final Oracle hovering behind it, just below the top of the platform.

After collecting all seven of the Oracles within Destiny 2‘s The Whisper mission, you’ll be able to complete the Triumph and collect the Karve of the Worm ship.
