He was featured in music videos from prominent artists, including the late rapper Juice Wrld. Back in June, he joined Halle Bailey and Alex Wolff in the drama, The Line, which was his first film.
Euphoria Actor Angus Cloud Has Died at 25, His Family Confirms
Fans of Euphoria and the other work Angus Cloud had done have spread throughout social media to give him love. For example, in an Instagram post about his father’s death, people gathered in the comments to pay their respects (seen above).
Confirming to TMZ, a statement was sent about Euphoria star Angus Cloud. The statement read that “as an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.” Following his father’s funeral, it was noted that he “intensely struggled with this loss.” Now he is “reunited with his dad.”
Various projects will recast him, but he will have some finished work to release for some final roles to remember Angus Cloud beyond his role in Euphoria. He is set to star in a drama set in his hometown of Oakland called Freaky Tales. The film will star Pedro Pascal and Ben Mendelsohn. He will also star in Your Lucky Day, a horror thriller movie set on Christmas Eve in a convenience store where a hostage situation is taking place. For unfinished projects, Euphoria season 3 is still in the air without any production done, so it is unknown what will happen to his character. He was also set to star in an untitled monster movie from the directors of Scream (2022) and Scream VI with Kaitlyn Newson and Melissa Barrera.

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways. Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
