Dried Fur can be used for multiple things in Enshrouded, mainly for the Hunter class than anyone else. However, before crafting Dried Fur, you must obtain a specific Craftsperson, put them in your base using a Summoning Staff, collect the correct materials, and acquire a particular Crafting Station. Once you’ve got all that out of the way, you’ll be in for some serious waiting time. While the whole process might be just a bit of a pain, it’s well worth the time put into it.
Crafting Dried Fur in Enshrouded
Before you can begin crafting materials like Dried Fur in Enshrouded, you’ll have to do a bit of work and maybe a quest or two as well. First, you’ll need to collect the Hunter from the Hunter’s Ancient Vault. This task might take a bit of time, but once you get her, you can head straight back to your base and get started.

Enshrouded: Starter GuideAfter getting the Hunter, you might notice that you’ll have the option to place down a new crafting station called the Drying Rack. The Drying Rack is the station where we’ll be crafting. However, before you can start preparing the materials you need for your next set of Hunter Armor, you’ll need to collect the necessary resources.
To craft Dried Fur, you’ll need to collect a load of Animal Fur and Salt. For every Animal Fur, you will need three stacks of Salt. These two materials combined in a Drying Rack will give you a single Dried Fur, which can then be used to craft additional items with the Hunter.
To recap, you can craft Died Fur in Enshrouded by doing the following:
- Get the Hunter and put her in your base using a Summoning Staff.
- Place the Drying Rack in your base.
- Combine Animal Fur and Salt in the Drying Rack to create Dried Fur after some time.
