A man in Pocatello, Idaho, was ready to clock out and possibly close shop at a fun center when a very watery incident unfolded right in front of him. A pipe broke and flooded the place, but thanks to his quick thinking, further damage was prevented.
Security camera footage of the incident was shared online by Extreme Rush. That’s the name of the fun center located in Pocatello, and the man shown in the clip is Sid, who was finishing his closing. The video became the center’s biggest one yet. It garnered 2.6 million views, 152,200 likes, and more than 1,300 comments.
The Idaho man, as said above, was finishing up his shift and was ready to go home. A storm, meanwhile, was raging outside. This caught Sid’s attention, and he went outside to witness it. Suddenly, he heard a crash inside Extreme Rush, and he rushed back into the center extremely fast.
As soon as Sid went back inside, he saw the source of the crash. A pipe had broken entirely, causing an apparently endless stream of water to rain down on the center’s floor. The pipe was connected to the roof drain, meaning that the storm outside was fueling the soon-to-be aquatic park.
Fortunately for the business, Sid, initially shocked, took matters into his own hands. Instead of clocking out, he stayed and turned the power off, moved some stuff out of the way, and called for help. By doing this, he prevented an even greater catastrophe, saving the center’s equipment from being ruined by the water.

Initially, the Idaho fun center announced that they had to shut down until the next Monday to take care of the establishment. However, in a follow-up, they announced that they were back in business on Saturday and Sunday.
