Jenna Dewan is having loads of fun on “The Rookie” set and extending the experience to fans. The multi-talented actress pulled up with an iconic dance move in a close-up clip from behind-the-scenes of the series. Jenna plays a recurring role as a firefighter named Bailey Nune in the hit television series, which is billed to start its 7th season soon.
The actress vogued the day away in her costume from the movie set consisting of a black-on-black ensemble paired with a blood-soaked glove as an accessory. Jenna was all smiles as she packed her hair in a slicked-back look and showed off her blood-stained hands to the camera. She captioned her short dance session:
“Something about bloody gloves that makes you want to vogue.”
Excited fans of “The Rookie” swarmed the comments, expressing their excitement for the show’s upcoming new season. “Can’t wait for season 7 actually so excited,” wrote a fan. Another person added, “SEASON 7 IS GONNA BE EPICCC.” A fan gave the actress her flowers in the comments and wrote:
“You can move better than me! Can’t wait for season 7.”
The vogue dance is not Jenna’s first time serving moves on the TV series set, as she has even brought her co-stars in on the frenzy. Back in April, we shared a behind-the-scenes video of her and Mekia Cox taking dance breaks between filming.
The show’s official Instagram also reposted the fun activity to the admiration of fans. Fans were also impressed that the actress, pregnant with her third child then, could pull off those great moves.
Jenna Dewan Wrapped Up Her Divorce From Channing Tatum
Definitely news worth celebrating with a few dance moves, AP News reported last month that the mom of three reached a settlement with her ex-husband to finalize their divorce and prevent a possible trial. The former couple stated in the agreement that they will avoid a trial slated for December over dividing their assets and custody of their 13-year-old daughter, Everly.
Jenna and Channing have since begun new relationships with other people, including actress Zoe Kravitz and actor Steve Kazee. The ex-couple met on the set of the 2006 dance movie “Step Up” and starred alongside each other as co-stars. The music video dancers took it things a step further three years later by signing the dotted lines in 2009.
They announced their split nine years later in 2018, and Jenna filed for divorce six months later in 2019. By November, a judge declared them divorced and single. Jenna Dewan, who finally put her messy divorce behind her, has set the tone for what is to come in the new season of “The Rookie.”
