Kanye West is allegedly set to come under fire in a few weeks, following reports of a planned suit. A former Yeezy employee is accusing the star of religious discrimination as well as sending sexually inappropriate messages. It is unclear when this alleged suit is set to come into play, but reports revealed it is inevitable. For years, West has been in the news for nothing short of black news, and it’s only getting worse.
According to The Mirror, an inside source revealed that the complainant is a “Jewish female employee.” The source also mentioned to the outlet that the suit will reveal direct communication from West to said employee. Apparently, the alleged graphic text messages came from the rapper and are unmistakable. Aside from religious discrimination, the 47-year-old rapper will reportedly be accused of using “Anti-Semitic language.”
“The Anti-Semitism that is contained in these direct messages are worse than anything he has ever said on public platforms or included in former cases.”
Furthermore, West is being accused of trying to silence his former employee. According to the news outlet, Jane Doe reported the alleged text messages to her superior, but it backfired. She was “quickly terminated and out of a job,” the source disclosed. The attorney representing the former Yeezy employer revealed to The Mirror that West created a hostile environment for his client. He went on to say that his client did diligent work for her former employer for a year and was unfairly treated.
“It’s time that Mr. West is held accountable for his action towards his female employees in front of a jury. This will be a massive discrimination lawsuit that is all laid out in text messages and it is definitely forthcoming.”
Kanye West’s Employee Allegedly Tried to Work Things Out Quietly
The female employee noted that despite what she went through, she tried to work things out privately with the rapper. However, he has been “ignoring the situation.” She went on to say that she was engrossed in a hostile working environment that took a toll on her health. She said that the verbal abuse led her to get a prescription for anti-anxiety medications and IV treatments. Nevertheless, she apparently tried to solve things privately with the father-of-four, but it fell on deaf ears.
The female employee is seeking $150 million in her lawsuit against the rapper for everything she went through. Her lawyer noted that a similar case happened last year between Tesla and an employee, Own Diaz. The car production company paid $135 million to the employee who was repeatedly harassed. Accordingly, this case has set the tone for the incoming suit set to hit the news in a few weeks.
West is no stranger to court proceedings, as he has been dragged to the law building countless times. In October, a former employee going by John Doe accused West of having him tail his wife, Bianca Censori. The director of intelligence alleged that he was tasked with spying on Censori while visiting her family in Australia. He also disclosed that the Yeezy crooner told him to investigate the Kardashians for “sex trafficking.”
