For those yearning for more of Insomniac’s hugely successful Marvel’s Spider-Man, you’re in luck. The first DLC pack for the game titled “The Heist” is coming next week and includes a whole bunch of new and exciting content for webheads to jump back into the PS4 exclusive.

“The Heist” DLC pack, releasing on October 23rd, will center around the relationship between Spider-Man and Black Cat and features brand new story missions. In addition to the new story content, the DLC will also bring new challenges, crimes, another enemy faction, and three additional suits to swing around New York City in (the Resilient Suit, Scarlet Spider II, and Spider-UK).

“The Heist” will be the first chapter in a three-part DLC series called “The City That Never Sleeps”.

As you play Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, you’ll encounter the beginning of a new, interconnected story taking place over the three chapters of Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps. A robbery at an art museum entangles Spider-Man and MJ with an old flame from Peter Parker’s past, Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat. Beyond new story missions, there’s a whole new faction of enemies, new crimes, new challenges, new trophies, and of course, three brand new suits.

The DLC pack will be available on October 23rd for $9.99 on the PlayStation Store, or you can purchase the entire season pass for $24.99 which gets you all three chapters from “The City That Never Sleeps” pack. The next two chapters will be released sometime next year.

In addition to the DLC, and update for Marvel’s Spider-Man is now live and includes a New Game Plus mode, Ultimate difficulty, new photo mode features, and a few gameplay patches.
