A man in Oregon is facing backlash following an incident in which he allegedly entered a women’s restroom and exposed himself to someone inside. The woman later shared that she had been attending an event with her husband when she went to use the restroom. According to her, the bathroom had previously been a men’s facility and still had urinals, but she emphasized that there were clear signs indicating it was now designated for women.

While the woman was inside the restroom, the man allegedly entered and began using a urinal despite it being designated as a women’s bathroom. The woman says she could clearly see him, and she yelled at him that he was in the wrong restroom. Instead of leaving immediately, he allegedly exposed himself to her. She then contacted her husband, and the man ran out of the restroom. Outside, her husband encountered him and confronted him along with the man’s partner.

When confronted, the man told the woman’s husband, “We are in Portland so I identify as a woman.” His partner then defended him during the exchange rather than acknowledging the complaint. During the confrontation, she also made a remark about the husband, saying he looked and sounded like he was gay.

The husband responded that his sexual orientation wouldn’t matter even if he were bisexual. When he asked the woman directly if she hated bisexual people, she replied, “Yes, I do.” The couple then told her that the incident would be shared on TikTok, and she responded, “And?” According to the woman involved, the couple then blended into the crowd making it difficult for security to intervene at the time. She later stated that she was able to identify them afterward and shared their personal information and workplace online.

The video is gaining attention due to an incident involving an alleged confrontation in a women’s restroom and the statements made afterward. The situation has sparked online discussions about privacy and safety in gender-designated spaces, how staff or security should handle such disputes, and the broader tensions and differing opinions among viewers about accountability and respect during public confrontations.

Shock and Outrage Following Video of Oregon Man

The video sparked reactions online. Many viewers expressed outrage over the incident in Oregon and sympathy for the woman involved. “That’s really sad . Ignorance. Sorry you had to deal with that,” one person wrote. Another added, “I don’t understand the hate in some peoples hearts.” Someone else commented, “god knows not to put me in these situations because I would not handle this with grace AT ALL. Sorry this happened to you.”

Others criticized the man’s comments, arguing that he was using gender identity as a justification for his actions. One commenter wrote, “Also the guy said ‘We’re in Portland and I identify as a women’ so that makes it worse. He is making a joke out of the trans bathroom laws to try to cover up his crimes and perpetuating the myth that trans women lie to go into women’s bathrooms – when we know that statistically it’s just cis men walking into bathrooms to be creeps whenever they feel like it.”

The video was shocking to many viewers and led to strong reactions online, with many expressing sympathy for the woman involved and concern about the incident she described.
