The singer, 34, showed off a cute Balmain dress earlier this month, one she wore for a snap that included another famous face. Posing with new BFF Brittany Mahomes, Taylor chose Kylie Jenner-adored designer Balmain, but not everyone was keen on her look.
Taylor, who has since wowed fans in this chic coat and boots combo, showed more skin, keeping classy as usual as she rocked a $4,000+ minidress. Users on an Instagram account dedicated to the Grammy winner’s style either loved or hated the look, with one saying that Tay-Tay should have “said no” to the dress.

Posing sandwiched between NFL wife Brittany and another gal pal, Taylor highlighted her long, lean figure in a strappy black dress with a skater finish.
Going flared below the waist and thigh-grazing, the “Blank Space” hitmaker flashed hints of her toned legs, also going a little sparkly with silver floral embellishments down her dress’ front. Opting for a slight halter neckline, Taylor hinted at her curves, showing off her shapely shoulders as she wore her hair tied back and styled into bangs. The girlfriend to Travis Kelce held a cocktail to her face in the photo, also delivering direct eye contact. Per the IG feed breaking down Taylor’s style, the songstress was modeling Balmain’s Halter Neck Knit Dress.
Told To ‘Say No To The Dress’
The user suggesting that Taylor should’ve “said no to the dress” was likely referring to reality TV series Say Yes to the Dress.
“Reminds me of that should’ve said no dress,” the fan wrote, gaining likes. Others, meanwhile, felt that Brittany was using Taylor’s fame to boost her own image. “Man no one throws themselves in front of a camera like Brittany,” one fan said. Swift and Mahomes appear to have forged a friendship of late. Earlier this year, Taylor and NFL player Travis sparked baby fever rumors after enjoying time with athlete Patrick and wife Brittany, plus one of the couple’s kids.
Taylor has since sparked pregnancy rumors, however neither she nor Travis has made a pregnancy announcement.

Taylor has made major fashion headlines in 2024, notably via her multiple Gucci looks during public sightings. She’s even sparked speculation of a brand deal with the luxury Italian designer.
