There are many ways to get resources in Starfield. For most of them, you just need to destroy and loot spaceships or explore new planets. However, when it comes to the Positron Battery in Starfield, things get a little more complicated.

Obviously, this resource does not grow on trees, so it cannot be found in the wild. Although you can get Positron Battery by looting your enemies and their ships, this is not a very effective way since the chance of dropping Batteries is quite small. Luckily, vendors across the space are ready to help you out with this problem.

You can find vendors across systems, and most of them trade crafting resources. We recommend visiting these places to find Positron Battery in Starfield:

  • UC Exchange on Mars
  • Jemison Mercantile on Jemison
  • Sieghart’s Outfitters on Volii Alpha

It’s also worth noting that the Positron Battery can be found elsewhere in Starfield. The price is different in various places, but for one Positron Battery, you will have to pay approximately 133 Credits. If you have bought all the Batteries and need more, you can either go to another vendor or just wait 48 hours for the items to restock in the store.

What Is Positron Battery Used For?

As we said above, Positron Battery is a craftable resource. You need it to create various useful Mods that will upgrade your weapons or armor:

  • Magazine and Battery – Ignition Beams
  • Pack Slot – Regeneration
  • Helmet Slot – Sensor Array
  • Spacesuit Slot – Exo Servos
  • Spacesuit Slot – Optimized Servos

That’s all you need to know about where to get the Positron Battery in Starfield. It is a very useful resource that will come in handy for crafting, so follow our tips to farm it easily. In the meantime, please take a look at our guide on how to get Potatoes in Starfield.
