As you can now guess, each Mechanical tool that Ginter sold lets you change the form of Rotom and give it a different Dual-Typing.
Also, it’s worth noting that the Mechanical Cabinet and the other Mechanical tools can be used to decorate your Pokemon Legends: Arceus house in Jubilife Village since each one occupies a specific space inside.
