BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Charlize Theron have officially reunited. On Thursday, Aug. 30, the “Flower” singer shared a cute selfie with the actress on her Instagram Story. In the photo, Theron can be seen giving Jisoo a back hug as the K-pop star smiles at the camera. The Fast X star wore a blue crewneck sweater, while Jisoo had on a black leather dress for the photo opt. Jisoo and Charlize Theron met up at BLACKPINK’s recent concert in Los Angeles on Saturday, Aug. 26.

Jisoo and Charlize Theron met for the first time earlier this year during Paris Fashion Week. As Dior ambassadors, the stars attended the brand’s 2023 fall-winter women’s fashion show on Feb. 28. They posed for a few pictures together during the event. Jisoo wore a strapless purple gown, while Theron opted for a white fringed dress paired with a long black coat. Video footage also showed Jisoo and Charlize Theron chatting together behind the scenes.
After their meeting, Jisoo shared a photo of the two together on her Instagram Story. “It was such an honor to meet Charlize Theron. Thank you for being so sweet,” she wrote. Theron re-posted the photo on her own Story along with the caption, “Call me anytime you need a bodyguard 💜.” Flash forward to six months later, and Theron decided to attend BLACKPINK’s Los Angeles concert at Dodger Stadium on Aug. 26.
The show marked the group’s final stop on the North American leg of their Born Pink tour. The trek began in October 2022, and it was so successful that BLACKPINK embarked on a set of encore performances in 2023. The encore shows included stops at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Oracle Park in San Francisco, and Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
BLACKPINK will conclude their Born Pink tour in Seoul with back-to-back performances at the Gocheok Sky Dome on Sept. 16 and Sept. 17.
