The Russo Brother’s confirmed on their social media accounts that Avengers 4 has officially begun filming earlier this week. The image of a purple glove was posted, along with the tagline of “Beginning the end.”

While there are still plenty of more movies to still be released before the big finale, there are still a couple big questions looming. One of which being as to whether the Netflix Original Shows will tie into Avengers?

Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist have all aired at least one season already, and are close to completing their own  Avengers level team up when The Defenders is released on Netflix later this August. Alongside mentions of The Big Green Dude and The Big Blond Dude With the Hammer, the two universes haven’t had any characters crossover or interact.

Rumors have circulated that The Defenders would appear alongside the myriad of other superheroes in Avengers: Infinity War, but nothing has been confirmed. Something interesting did pop up last week though on Finn Jones’ Instagram account though.

Avengers 4

Above it shows that both Fine Jones (Iron Fist) and Charlie Cox (Daredevil) were in Tokyo. This came out around the exact time that the Russo Brothers confirmed that Avengers 4 had started filming. It may just be a coincidence, but its worth noting that the superhero team up is being filmed in Tokyo.

Granted that doesn’t give any news about the possibility of the team being in the next installment in the franchise, Infinity War, but there is no ruling out they could have small roles in either.

Avengers 4 is due for release in on April 26, 2019 in the UK and May 3, 2019 in the US. Before that, Avengers: Infinity War will be in cinemas on April 27, 2018 in the UK and on May 4, 2018 in the US.
