Kelly Ripa can always be relied on to deliver a head-turning Instagram post, particularly when husband Mark Consuelos is involved. The talk show host, 52, turned heads as she shared an alternate cover for her 2022-released Live Wire book, one seeing her hiking up her skirt as husband Mark peeped up for a naughty photo.
Kelly posted for her 3 million+ Instagram followers just as a promo for her collection of short stories was hyping up. Fans have left the cheeky shot over 82,000 likes.
Mark Consuelos Peeps Up Kelly Ripa’s Skirt
The studio-shot photo showed Kelly in a blush-pink, pleated midi skirt with a flared finish and fine satin fabrics.
Flaunting her tiny waist as she continues to make headlines for being so slender, Kelly lifted her skirt while looking a little shocked and facing a painted wall. The former actress paired her stylish skirt with a semi-sheer, black, and striped blouse, one matching a pair of high heels that were just about visible.
Mark, meanwhile, seemed to be having the time of his life. The Riverdale actor was lying on the floor while outfitted in black and having a good ‘ole peek up his wife’s skirt.
Mark ‘Intervened’ Amid Book Drama
In a caption, Kelly suggested that this photo nearly made it to be the book cover. “Alternate cover for my book, Live Wire, but thankfully @instasuelos intervened! LIVE WIRE is available tomorrow wherever books are sold,” the former All My Children star revealed.
Fans seemed keen. “Lovely legs and a lovely post, but hasn’t one person got the best seat in the house?” one user asked. “Some guys get all the luck,” another said. Kelly and Mark met on the set of All My Children back in 1996. They eloped to Las Vegas that same year and have been happily married ever since. They are also parents to three children: Michael, Joaquin, and Lola.
In the run-up to Kelly’s book release, a statement offering a little sneak peek promised that it “will feature a collection of personal essays on childhood, motherhood, marriage, her career and the intersection of all the above — putting her thoughtfulness, assertiveness and deep understanding of the dynamics of gender and power on full display.”
Kelly joins the long list of celebrities who are now authors. MTV star Kailyn Lowry and model Emily Ratajkowski have both released books.
