Alexandra Daddario quickly had users praising her photographer as she updated her Instagram with an unusual take on the celebrity swimwear photo in September 2022. Jumping into awards season, and quite literally, The White Lotus actress delivered a somewhat rigid pool jump from her backyard, photographed jus as she hit the water and wowing fans in a stylish bathing suit.
Picking a lemon shade of yellow for her bikini, Alexandra appeared to cling onto summer months. Using her post to mark the Emmy Awards, she earned over 800,000 fan likes, also gaining one from costar Sydney Sweeney.
Alexandra Daddario Thrills Instagram With Pool Jump
Enjoying her peaceful, hedge-wrapped backyard pool, Alexandra looked ready to splash as she jumped right in while modeling a one-shouldered, pale yellow two-piece with figure-hugging fabrics.
Flashing her toned abs and famous curves as well as her long legs, the blue-eyed beauty opted out of any glam posing, instead looking almost awkward as she placed her hands to her side and let her brown locks fly around.
Fans Think Photographer Did A Great Job
With splashing water around her feet and calves, Alexandra was photographed just as she hit the pool waters. In a caption, the Dior ambassador wrote: “Emmy weekend jump!!!”
Fans seemed keen to comment on the unusual moment. “That would at least take the edge off,” one replied, with another saying: “Hat’s off to the photographer.”
Daddario’s actual award headlines are a very different story, though. The red carpet favorite is fresh from stunning at the 2024 Oscars, where she rocked up to the annual event in a gorgeous, off-white column gown in silk, complete with a massive decorative bow. Marking her presence at the 59th Annual Academy Awards earlier this month, she posted to Instagram, making sure to tag Dior Beauty for her glam.
“I am overjoyed to work with DIOR because my love for them is so genuine,” the star told Numero.
“My mom taught me about fabrics when I was a kid and she knows how to sew. She taught me what a great skirt was. We’d go to the thrift shops in NYC and buy designer skirts and coats and dresses, and she’d say “Look at how this lays, the fabric. See the difference?” Every time I’m at a fitting with DIOR, I feel so lucky to try on these beautiful clothes,” she added.
Additionally, the actress is also signed to activewear brand Aerie and has influenced for rival label Alo Yoga in the past.
