BLACKPINK’s latest concert in Seoul was a big one. On Saturday, Sept. 16, the K-pop group performed at Gocheok Sky Dome to celebrate the end of their Born Pink tour. BLACKPINK has been on the trek since October 2022. Now, after a year of performing around the world, they’re getting ready to close this chapter of their career. Since it’s a bittersweet time, BLACKPINK’s Rosé understandably got emotional on stage while performing in Seoul.

A fan captured a video of BLACKPINK’s Rosé getting teary-eyed on stage in Seoul. In the clip, the “Gone” singer pouts her lips and is on the verge of tears. She tries to compose herself by adjusting her hair and microphone. When Rosé hears the opening notes of the next song, she gets into formation and tries to continue on with the show. Although she’s still emotional, BLACKPINK’s Rosé shows off her professionalism by putting the concert first. She quickly jumps back into the choreography and acts as if nothing happened.
BLACKPINK still has one more concert before their Born Pink tour officially finishes. On Sunday, Sept. 17, the group will perform at Gocheok Sky Dome again. When BLACKPINK concludes their tour, they will have toured in 22 countries across four continents.
Since Born Pink began in October 2022, several celebrities have seen the girls in concert. On Saturday, Aug. 26, Fast X star Charlize Theron attended BLACKPINK’s concert in Los Angeles. Red Velvet’s Seulgi was also seen at the group’s Sept. 16 concert in Seoul.
The end of BLACKPINK’s Born Pink tour comes at a pivotal time for the group. According to Forbes, the group is currently going through contract negotiations with their record label, YG Entertainment. It’s rumored that BLACKPINK’s Lisa has turned down several offers to renew her contract with YG. If it’s true, then it’s unclear what the future holds for BLACKPINK. Since so much is on the line, it’s understandable why BLACKPINK’s Rosé may have also gotten emotional during the group’s latest concert.
