Britney Spears has just dropped a new fashion look to her Instagram. Posting for her 42.2 million followers on Tuesday, the pop singer sizzled in a thigh-skimming minidress as she channeled the classic LBD, even telling her fans that it’s the dress that “every girl needs.”
Posting as she continues to make headlines for her recent twisted ankle, slamming her family, and settling her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari, Britney kept the drama out of this post, instead focusing on her style and her figure as she gained over 7,000 likes in just 40 minutes.
Britney Spears Shows Instagram Her Little Black Dress
Using a full-length mirror to showcase her dress as she filmed herself with her smartphone, Britney looked ready to hit the club as she flaunted her toned legs in a plunging, bodycon dress in black.
Mixing sheer fabrics with opaque ones as she stood on tiled floors, the “Womanizer” hitmaker stunned with her trim waistline and curves on show, completing her look with a statement black choker, plus a pair of tan-colored high heels. Toying with her hair as she also included a close-up moment, the Grammy winner sported her light locks down, also going for her signature dark eyeliner look.
Says It’s The Dress’ Every Girl Needs’
In a caption, Britney wrote: “That little black dress that every girl needs!!” She added emoji including flower and champagne bottle ones.
Spears has been regularly showing off her outfits on Instagram these past weeks, also making headlines as insiders claim that she’s spending money like nobody’s business. In April, TMZ claimed: “She cannot afford this. She had $60 million when the conservatorship ended, and she’s now where the conservatorship started — in danger of going broke.”
The statement came as sources alleged that the singer was engaging in excessive shopping sprees and unable to control her spending.
That said, May brings a fresh twist. Earlier this month, Britney was reported to have raked in $40 million last year, with the cash assumed to be from both her music earnings and her The Woman in Me memoir. During her conservatorship, Britney had zero control over her estate and finances. The singer was freed from 13 years of control in 2021.
Earlier today, Britney hinted at a new purchase as she talked skincare on Instagram. “So as some people know my mom does face care … I haven’t been really consistent with my face care routine but I found these three new incredible wands for my face and I’m starting to see improvements !!! Chanel is literally the best,” she wrote, name-dropping luxury French brand Chanel.
