Carrie Underwood went “salt and pepper” with her workout game last Spring, showing off her fit figure and making it a double-trouble affair. In April 2023, the country singer featured on her Fit52 workout app’s Instagram, where a photo showed her squatting back-to-back with trainer and app co-founder Eve Overland.
Turning heads in a cute workout outfit from her best-selling CALIA brand, Carrie flaunted her impossibly toned figure while promoting her app’s Duo Challenge, and one look at the photo confirmed who her Duo’s other half was. Carrie founded Fit52 in 2020, launching it five years after she founded her CALIA athleisurewear line.
Carrie Underwood Shows Off Workout Muscles On Instagram
The photo showed Carrie and Eve on an indoor yoga mat with their backs together. Bending their knees into a challenging squat, the twosome also swung their arms to one side, with Eve seen holding a kettlebell.
Looking her usual stylish self as she wore flimsy blue gym shorts and a baby pink tank top, Carrie kept her outfit gym-appropriate, also going skintight in her pastel top. The 40-year-old flashed her world-famous legs and toned waistline, also flaunting some serious arm and shoulder muscle as she smiled while rocking a ponytail.
Adding in sneakers and a light layer of makeup, Carrie nailed her shoot glam, even matching her discreet pink manicure to her sneakers and tank.
Making It ‘Salt And Pepper’
In a caption, Fit52 told fans: “Tag your ride-or-die workout partner.”
Continuing, the popular app said:
“Whether you’ve joined the @drinkbodyarmor Duo Challenge in the app or are working out at your own pace, having a supportive friend by your side makes all the difference. And speaking of dynamic duos, can we talk about how @eveoverlandfitness and @carrieunderwood are the salt to each other’s pepper? 🔥”
Fans likely noted that the BodyArmor mention wasn’t a casual one as Carrie is signed to the sports beverage brand. Fit52 then gushed about its founders, calling Carrie and Eve “true inspirations.”
Fit52 kicked off just as everyone was plunged into lockdown. The app has remained popular despite lockdowns easing and now boasts over 150,000 Instagram followers. Carrie regularly features on the app and there are even couples workouts with husband Mike Fisher.
Carrie’s headlines are now about looking to the future, though, as fans eagerly await her return to American Idol in 2025. Twenty years after winning the competition singing series, the blonde will be reprising her appearances on the show, but this time as a judge.
