Carrie Underwood didn’t even have to deliver a workout move as she squatted down to tie her shoelaces on Instagram last fall. In November 2023, the country singer and fitness queen showed off her super-fit figure in a cute activewear look, flaunting her rippling muscles and looking ready to hit the gym as she promoted her Fit52 workout app.
Smiling as she wore a baby pink tank and white gym shorts while posing by a kettlebell, Carrie impressed her app’s fans with her toned figure, and a caption was there to “motivate” anyone just in case. Carrie founded her app in 2020 and five years after the launch of her CALIA athleisurewear brand.
Carrie Underwood Preps Her Workout Look On Instagram
Photographed from a daylit space with indoor planters, Carrie looked cool, calm, and collected as she crouched down on a stone floor and used her hands tie her white sneakers up.
Showcasing her sculpted arms and shoulders as she flaunted the results of her hardcore workouts, the 40-year-old kept girly in her baby pink tank, adding in a practical pair of shorts for her gym session. Sporting a practical ponytail as she wore a full face of makeup, the American Idol winner kept her makeup matte, even coordinating her pink eyeshadow with her top.
‘Motivation To Move’
In a caption, Fit52 addressed fans, writing: “Need some motivation to move?! ✨”
“We just launched two new Personal Challenges in the app that you can start anytime, anywhere! Commit to regular movement, hit new achievements, and be entered to win some amazing prizes,” it added, then inviting fans to join the 30-Day Shape Up Challenge or the 100 Reps a Day Challenge.
Fans sent heart-eye emojis, although one said that they couldn’t find the app. Fit52 is based on 52 decks of cards, one for each week of the year. For Carrie, though, it’s about the overall effort as she continues to stress that people shouldn’t lose their motivation if one workout isn’t so great. The mom of two has called fitness her “passion,” although she’s admitted that squeezing in workouts while working and raising her two sons can be tricky.
“Just fit it in, however you can, whenever you can, and it’ll add up,” she’s stated.
As to fueling her body during her busy day, Carrie has shared:
“The things I do grab and eat along the way, I feel like that’s such an important part of it because even if I don’t have time to fit in some giant weightlifting session, I feel I can I can control a little more of what I’m putting in my body.”
