The actress is said to be looking to get into the best shape of her life as she readies to go head-to-head with Ghostface again, and she’s enlisted the help of her longtime bestie, Jennifer Aniston. Cox reportedly wants her former Friends co-star to help whip her into shape as she fears looking like Jamie Lee Curtis on screen.
Sources tell Life and Style Magazine that Jennifer Aniston has created a body boot camp for Courteney Cox. The point is to kick up her fitness game before she starts shooting the film. Cox’s appearance is said to be very important to her, and she wants to put her best face forward in the movie.

“When Courteney signed up to make another Scream this year she was very intentional about not wanting to go the Jamie Lee Curtis route of taking her on-camera aging overboard just to get attention and potential points from critics,” an insider dished, referencing Curtis’ work in the latest Halloween films.
“For Courteney, that’s just not what the Scream franchise is about,” the source continues. “For this movie, she’s committed to getting into the best shape of her life and looking hot as hell when she’s on camera.”
Unfortunately, Cox is no stranger to criticism about her looks. The actress has taken heat for her changing face and plastic surgery procedures in the past. She’s also admitted that she went overboard with things such as injections. However, she says that she was lucky to be able to “reverse most of that.”
Cox is said to be leaning on Aniston to help her because of her own mental toughness when it comes to staying in shape. As Aniston preps for Season 4 of The Morning Show, she’s said to be going hard in her home gym. So, Cox is joining her.
Although Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston’s friendship hasn’t traditionally revolved around fitness. However, the two seem to be in it together now.
