Diddy‘s Christmas holiday behind bars was not so merry and bright. The rapper allegedly suffered a major meltdown that found him begging the Metropolitan Detention Center corrections officers to take him to the prison hospital.
According to the Daily Mail, Sean Diddy Combs underwent a full-blown panic attack that led to the disgraced rapper suffering a meltdown. Diddy was allegedly so upset by the breakdown that he pleaded with the prison guards on duty to take him to the prison hospital for treatment.
Sources close to Diddy tell the publication that the Brooklyn prison guards refused Combs’ request. The insider states, “With his high-powered legal team, Diddy thought he’d be out on bail by now.
“Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him. He eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique he’d been using while he was behind bars. It took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was in, but he finally managed it.”
Despite Diddy’s alleged meltdown, the rapper celebrated Christmas behind bars with a holiday dinner consisting of baked Cornish hen or BBQ tofu. The side dishes include macaroni and cheese, spinach, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and a beverage. He was offered a selection of fruit pies or an ice cream sundae to wrap up the main event.
A prison gift bag was allegedly given to the prisoners by the staff and will reportedly include items such as hot cocoa. According to The Mirror, it might be some popcorn, some cookies, candy, or things of that nature. The holiday celebration ended following a day of activities such as basketball, soccer, cards, and board games.

However, mixed reports concerning Diddy’s health behind bars are reported. Another source recently denied the meltdown rumors, stating that Combs is staying strong in jail. He admits that the music mogul is missing his family a great deal at Christmas, which is a time he always spends with his children. But other than that, Diddy is doing well.
As previously reported, Sean Diddy Combs has abandoned his bail attempts and will remain in prison at least until his trial begins in May 2025. However, most following the Diddy scandal have doubts that the rapper will ever see life outside of prison again.
“Diddy is losing it behind bars. His inner circle should be afraid of what comes next. It won’t be long now before Diddy flips if he hasn’t already. He will make sure everyone connected to him goes down right along with him,” comments one follower.
Various rumors circulating allegedly reveal that Sean Diddy Combs fears for his life in prison. The rumors state that the rapper refuses to eat most days due to fears he will be poisoned. During his court appearance last week, it was noticed that Diddy’s physical appearance was diminishing.
The 55-year-old rapper is being described as graying and much thinner since his arrest in September. Another fan adds, “Diddy is growing scared. Every day, new accusations are made against him. All his famous freak-off pals, Ashton, Jay-Z, JLo, Will Smith, and DiCaprio, better prepare to face the music alongside him.”
Diddy is awaiting his trial in May for charges including racketeering and sex trafficking. Despite the charges he continues to plead not guilty to all charges and denied any wrongdoing.
