Diddy’s legal troubles are far from over. On May 10, the artist left fans talking after he filed court papers requesting the dismissal of a sexual assault lawsuit against him. Recall that in December 2023, an unidentified woman filed a lawsuit, accusing Diddy and two others of raping her in a New York studio in 2003. In the documents, she claimed Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, flew her to New York and took her to a recording studio. There, she was allegedly given alcohol and drugs before Diddy, Pierre, and an unnamed man proceeded to rape her. Now, Diddy’s attorneys are contending that the statute of limitations pertaining to the statute under which Jane Doe is suing has expired.
Amid the update, Diddy has made a cryptic post. On Tuesday, he took to his Instagram page with a message, seemingly alluding to the pending charges against him. The 52-year-old shared a text image against a paper backdrop which read, “Time tells truth.” He also added the caption, “LOVE 🖤💫✨⚡.”

In no time, Diddy’s cryptic post garnered many mixed reactions. On one hand, some fans weren’t fazed by the post as they bashed the rapper, noting that he wouldn’t go scot-free.
