Billy Ray Cyrus’ estranged wife, Firerose, claims he has a dangerous side that left her terrified throughout their short 7-month marriage. So far, the country singer has been very vocal about the couple’s split, but now Firerose wants to tell her side and expose the darker side of Billy Ray.
There are two sides to every celebrity divorce, and Firerose is ready to spill her scary details. In her response to Billy Ray Cyrus’ sudden decision to kick her out of their marital home and file for divorce, she exposes a hidden side of Billy Ray.
People Magazine reports that according to the divorce documents filed by Firerose, singer Billy Ray Cyrus has a cruel and dangerous side to him. She alleges that just one day before she was to undergo a double mastectomy, Cyrus kicked her out of their shared home.
Firerose accuses Billy Ray Cyrus of “extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse.” She also adds that the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker has substance abuse issues, which often leave him “unpredictable and volatile.”

Firerose says Billy Ray’s divorce demands blindsided her. However, the documents reveal numerous reasons for the split, which include irreconcilable differences, inappropriate marital conduct, and fraud.
Johanna Rosie Hodges, also known as Firerose, denies being guilty of inappropriate marital conduct and instead said Cyrus was the one who’d acted inappropriately. So much so that living together was “unsafe.”
Firerose’s legal team claims that she has developed severe emotional distress from Cyrus’ actions. Stating that she has “had to seek psychological treatment from her therapist for emergency sessions on “more than one occasion.”
Cyrus has also requested a temporary restraining order from Firerose to prevent her from using his money. Billy Ray claims she racked up $96,986.05 worth of purchases on his American Express between May 23 and June 7.
After all, he said, she said back and forth, neither Billy Ray nor Firerose are backing down. So, this messy celebrity divorce may drag out for some time. That is unless they can come to some form of mutual agreement and fair settlement.
