Gal Gadot is proof that Hollywood starlets do eat. The Wonder Woman actress had fans gushing over her bathrobe-clad breakfast photo, one reposted to a fan account earlier this year. In April, a fan of the 39-year-old shared a candid photo of her wolfing down a massive breakfast, with fans getting an insight into how the Israeli sensation kicks off her day.
All smiles as she shoveled banana on French toast into her mouth, Gal kept cozy in a comfy bathrobe, sticking to her usual, pared-down look. The Fast & Furious star may be signed to luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co., but her fallback outfit will nearly always be a loungewear one.
Gal Gadot Shows Instagram Her Breakfast Appetite
Backed by corner couches and sat at a white-clothed table, Gal showed off just how much she’ll order for her first meal of the day.
Smiling with her eyes as she ate her potassium-rich banana on toast, the brunette sat in front of a plate with bacon and pancakes complete with syrup, and it looked like she’d already consumed a fair amount of it. A separate plate showing an untouched banana on French toast suggested that the breakfast may have been for two, but fans only saw one person eating it.
Gal had also treated herself to an array of baked goods, not limited to a croissant, sausage-filled pastry, and almond-crusted one. Meanwhile, beverages included fresh orange juice, plus coffee.
Revealing The Diet Behind Her Body
Gal is known for her hardcore workouts and for pulling her own stunts. “I’ll never forget what a fitness trainer explained: Even if you work out for two hours a day, there are a lot of hours left to eat. So the foods you choose are important,” she told Shape. “I’m all about the Mediterranean diet. I love to cook it, and I enjoy eating it too.”
Amusingly, the actress also revealed drinking water “like a camel” as she revealed that paying attention to her hydration levels is also a vital part of her wellness regimen.
Of the interval training she enjoys, the DC star continued that she’s “super grateful that I can do those workouts in my gym at home. I try to get to it every day, but sometimes it’s more like three to four times a week.”
Gal has even channeled her love of good nutrition into a business. She’s the founder of her gluten-free Goodles brand, one popular for its healthy mac and cheese.
