Olivia Dunne has fired back after an Instagram fan criticizing her latest red carpet look proved just too much. The 21-year-old LSU gymnast stunned at the MLB 2024 Red Carpet Show last week, attending the event with baseball player boyfriend Paul Skenes and making sure she glammed up for the occasion.
Stunning in her figure-hugging, mesh-netted dress, Olivia looked sensational as she showed off her athlete figure while sunkissed, but the haters were waiting for her in the comments. When a fan kicked off a major debate over the amount of makeup Olivia was wearing, they got shut down. Dunne, who is followed by over 5 million on Instagram, swooped into the comments, and her reply was fire.

Looking sparkly as she rocked a halterneck gown in textured honey-gold shades, Olivia went slinky and classy in her floor-length number. Cozying up to beau Paul as the couple posed for arrivals photos, the Vuori Clothing partner flashed her muscly arms and toned shoulders, also highlighting her minuscule waist.
Adding a pair of platform-heeled sandals in gold, Olivia kept her look coordinated, sporting her signature blonde locks down and styled into soft waves.
Sporting a heavy face of foundation topped with bronzer and blush, the New Jersey native drew the eye to her features. Further photos in her gallery include a bathrobe prep snap. Fans also saw the social media star posing from a stadium as she rocked a Skenes tee and denim shorts. “Paul-Star game highlights,” she wrote in a caption, throwing her boyfriend’s name into the mix.
Claps Back After ‘So Much Makeup’ Comment
The drama kicked off when a fan gained over 700 likes for asking: “Love you Liv but seriously why so much makeup?”
Jumping in to defend Olivia, another retorted: “Because it was a red carpet event and because she wanted to??? Mind your business.” That said, it doesn’t look like Olivia needed her fans to fight her battles for her. Jumping in to shut the troll down, she wrote: “Idk u could use some tho.”
The reply earned over 4,000 likes. Others, meanwhile, gushed over Olivia putting on another solid display with Paul. “What a power couple, hopefully you two have conservative values,” they wrote.
This would be the third high-profile event Olivia has attended this month. On the Fourth of July, the star was invited to billionaire Michael Rubin’s “White Party,” held at his $50 million Hamptons property.
She’s since stunned at the ESPYS in a gold dress, and now it looks like she’s back for more. That said, it’s worth noting that trolling Olivia comes with a risk. She does reply.
