Many believe the couple might take a shot at Gomez while naming their child.ย
According to The Sun, one fan stated that the baby might be named โEmory.โ This would be a callback to an old Selena Gomez interview. Back when Gomez was dating Justin Bieber, a fan asked her what she would name her baby if she were to have one. The singer answered by saying she loved the name Emory.
โEmory, insert my husband’s last name,” the songwriter continued. “Yeah, Emory Bieber,” she added as the crowd laughed once again.
After the video resurfaced, fans of Hailey Bieber took to Reddit to voice their opinions. “If she had had a boy, she would have named it Emory Bieber. Ever since I keep thinking that Hailey might use that name in a way,” one said. “If she does, people WILL notice,” another wrote.
