Halle Berry donned a black sports bra and grey gym tights for the workout routine, flaunting her ripped midriff and toned limbs. She captioned the post,
“Rise and grind… It’s Monday!”
She also included a note of thanks to her trainer, @peterleethomas “for always pushing me to my limits.” The trainer reacted to the post with comments acknowledging Halle Berry’s workout efforts so far. The comment read,
