Most RPG and tactics game players often enjoy taking total control of their units’ stats and cheese the game difficulty through min-maxing. In case you’re wondering, yes, you can also do some exploit to maximize your units’ stats growth in Fire Emblem Engage as well. One of the best ways to do it is through the Starsphere Skill. Here’s how you can get the Starsphere Sync Skill in Fire Emblem Engage.
Starsphere Skill in Fire Emblem Engage, Explained
Starsphere is a Sync Skill you can get from Tiki, a recurring character in the Fire Emblem series, but only available in Engage through the Expansion Pass DLC. This Skill will boost the stat increase whenever a unit with the Skill levels up. According to Reddit user vincentasm‘s calculation, Tiki’s Starsphere will give a 15% boost to a character’s stat growth rate.
“For Starsphere, there’s an operation: Work = 3 + 15. So I figured it would simply add 15% to your growths.”
Currently, there seem to be two best ways to utilize Starsphere. One is by pairing it with Jean’s Expertise Skill which doubles stats growth — vincentasm also has done thorough testing, so don’t forget to check out the previous Reddit link. And two is to pair it with Lineage from Three Houses/Edelgard’s Emblem Bracelet which gives out a bonus of 20 XP.
How to Get Starsphere in Fire Emblem Engage
To get the Starsphere Sync Skill, obviously, you would need Tiki’s Emblem Bracelet from Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass DLC. But, it won’t be accessible until you reach a certain point in the game. To unlock Tiki’s Emblem Bracelet from the DLC, finish the “Chapter 5: Retaking the Castle” main story mission. Once you get to Chapter 5, complete the Lookout Ridge DLC event and then finish the Divine Paralogue.
Any character can inherit the Starsphere Sync Skill, the only prerequisites are that they have at least a Level 5 Bond with Tiki and 1,500 Skill Points.
