Jamie Foxx could play an integral part in sending Sean “Diddy” Combs to prison for several years. The actor allegedly has recordings of some of Diddy’s parties, and he’s reportedly being lined up as a witness for the prosecution when it comes to the disgraced rapper’s upcoming trial. It’s unclear what Foxx may know or have captured on film. However, if the reports are true, it seems that he may be a key part of the case.
Radar Online reports Jamie Foxx has a stash of video footage he recorded at Diddy’s famous parties. It’s at these parties that the music mogul was said to engage in criminal activity, including sexual misconduct. Foxx was reportedly allowed to film with a camcorder at the parties, and cops are said to be in contact with him to obtain the tapes. Of course, if the footage does exist, it could also incriminate others.
“I remember watching Puff at the Beverly Hills Hotel. I’m filming this, and it’s a pool party and it’s ridiculous,” Foxx allegedly said.

The rumors about Jamie Foxx being involved in Diddy’s trial come just days after it was reported that the actor/comedian made statements about calling the feds on his former friend.
Videographer Choke No Joke revealed that he attended two of Foxx’s recent comedy shows in Atlanta. During that time, he claims that Foxx stated that Diddy was responsible for his previously near-fatal health issue. Choke says he believes that Foxx was being serious with the allegations. However, others can determine for himself whether it was a joke or not.
“Diddy did something to me, and I’m the one who called the feds on him,” Foxx allegedly stated.
Diddy is currently behind bars awaiting his trial. Meanwhile, the rumors continue to heat up about what other celebrities could be involved in the scandal. Names such as Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Lopez, and more have been mentioned. However, they’re all staying quiet amid the controversy.
R. Kelly’s lawyer, Nicole Blank Becker, recently spoke out on the situation. She claimed that it’s likely Diddy will spill the beans on his famous party pals if it will benefit him.
Lawsuits are now piling up against Diddy. Others who have been mentioned in the suits also include Usher, Cuba Gooding Jr., and more. As the trial date nears, more info is sure to be released. Once the trial begins, fans will certainly be invested as they hear the evidence against Diddy.
