Jenna Dewan‘s fiancé, Steve Kazee, had a good laugh just hours after her ex Channing Tatum‘s breakup. The actor seemingly addressed the latter’s split from Zoë Kravitz on his Instagram Story with a mean chuckle. He pasted “HAHAHA” repeatedly in bold white letters until it filled the black screen. Kazee’s actions implied he found something hilarious, but he never mentioned Tatum and Kravitz’s separation.
The timing of his post was undoubtedly suspicious and raised several eyebrows on X. One social media user did not mince their words against Kazee, declaring, “If his post is in response to the breakup, Jenna married a child.” Another X user slammed Kazee, writing, “Dear Jenna….your fiance sounds like a real j*rk…Dear Channing…love you & wish you well!” A third addressed the timing of Tatum and Kravitz’s breakup, noting:
“The news about Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz breaking up just hours after it was announced that they’re cast in a movie together is wild.”
The former couple are set to star in the Zellner brothers’s upcoming alien invasion comedy Alpha Gang. Tatum shared the news on his Instagram Story hours before sources reported his breakup from Kravitz. The pair’s separation also weirdly coincides with the same period they announced their engagement.
Tatum proposed to Kravitz before Halloween, and she flashed the stunning gem at a costume party they attended. Tatum appeared to be head over heels for Kravitz, with TMZ noting he tattooed her initials on his hand. However, something might have gone wrong as the actress recently stopped wearing her engagement ring.
Channing Tatum’s Breakup Comes a Month After Finalizing His Divorce From Jenna Dewan
Many believed Tatum and Kravitz could finally walk down the aisle following the finalization of his divorce from Dewan. Although the exes separated in 2018, they could not settle their split over Magic Mike profits. Dewan’s attorneys argued throughout the proceedings that the movie was co-financed with marital funds.
However, Tatum’s defense claimed he never denied his ex “her share of the community assets or income.” After six years of arguments, the duo settled in September and waived their rights to spousal support. Months earlier, a source claimed Dewan wished to finalize her divorce “before she gets married again.”
Dewan and Tatum met on the set of Step Up in 2006. They got engaged two years later and tied the knot in a 2009 Malibu ceremony. Their daughter Everly, now 11, was born in 2013.
Will Jenna Dewan’s fiancé clarify his mocking post, or will Channing Tatum face off with his ex’s beau?
