Jennifer Aniston has sparked a debate regarding her dress size as The Daily Mail covers her latest Pvolve promo. The actress, 55, dropped jaws with her bulging biceps and rippling shoulder muscles this week, posing in promo mode for the brand she joined in 2023 while reminding Instagram of her figure.
Sizzling in a plunging bodysuit and waist-flaunting belt, Jen proved that age is but a number and plenty of numbers got discussed after The Daily Mail reported her being a size zero. When fans saw the photo, many responded to say that Jen is “nowhere near” a size zero, although remarks over how fit she looks did come in. That said, the vast majority of replies were laced with negativity as fans alleged that Pvolve had heavily edited the photo.

Posing from a studio and with Pvolve’s resistance arm equipment, Jennifer flaunted the results of her low-impact workout sessions in a chic, skimpy look.
Displaying her defined arms, toned waistline, and killer legs, the Friends favorite rocked a sleeveless black bodysuit, going pantless and with a large black leather belt accentuating her waistline. Adding gold hoop earrings as she showed off her flawless light locks, Jen wowed with a full face of makeup, wearing matte foundation under contour, plus a heavy sweeping of bronzer.

The Big ‘Size Zero’ Debate
Quick to pick up on the photo, The Daily Mail reported Jen as highlighting her “size zero” body, but users in the comments disagreed.
Largely using U.K. size references, fans replied: “She’s about a size 6” and “not a size zero,” with endless replies appearing to echo the same thing. “If she’s a size zero now then what size was she in her heyday? She was a zero back then. She’s more like a 4 now, which is perfectly fine, so why lie about it?” a further fan said.
Jennifer is known for her balanced mindset and workout dedication. Likewise, for her love of both yoga and Pilates. She even kicks off the day in wellness mode by drinking warm water with fresh lemon to kickstart her metabolism.
As for calories, Jen keeps hers in check by intermittent fasting, using the 16:8 method which involves eating nothing for 16 hours and only eating during her 8-hour eating window.
