Katy Perry received more comments on her weight than anything else as she stepped out in a skintight, cut-out dress in June. Showing off her slimmed-down figure in Paris, France, the 39-year-old went sporty in a black dress that clung to her every curve, but talk in The Daily Mail‘s comments section was about her lack of curves.
Having just made headlines for displaying her staggering weight loss at the Balenciaga Show, Katy reminded the cameras of her new body while leaving her hotel. Fans took a matter of minutes to react, with many suggesting that her weight loss is down to Ozempic. The “Woman’s World” hitmaker has never confirmed taking the drug. She was, unfortunately, also subject to fashion hate as some fans felt that her dress was “unflattering.”
Katy Perry Shows Off Weight Loss In Tight Dress
Drawing the eye to her tiny waist and toned arms, Katy wowed in a Copermi x PUMA dress as she channeled tennis babe vibes into her look.
Rocking a chest cut-out and some white prints, the pop star flashed her curves while ditching the bra, also reminding the cameras of her slender hips. Going figure-hugging as she was greeted by photographers and crowds, Katy sported her dark hair down, completing her look with a tinted pair of shades, plus a small black purse to match her dress.
The sporty dresses may be popular with actress Zendaya, but it looks like this set of viewers wasn’t too keen.
Ozempic Comments Everywhere
Topping replies with more than 500 likes was a fan writing: “Ozempic confidence.”
“The ozempic face is just so generic at this point! There isn’t a possibility of hiding it!” another user said. Noting the singer’s string of figure-flaunting looks, a further fan wrote: “Another ill-fitting dress, she has lost a lot of weight but these dresses are doing her no favors.”
Katy was also told: “A hideous dress, extremely unflattering.”
The photos came hot on the heels of Katy’s weight loss debut as she walked the Balenciaga runway in only an open fur coat and tight leggings with nothing underneath her furs. The images, which instantly went viral, also sparked backlash on Katy’s Instagram as fans hated on her for promoting the controversial Spanish designer.
Katy has since released her “Woman’s World” comeback track, one so far deemed a disaster. The skinny body hasn’t gone anywhere, though.
Also accused of using Ozempic are stars including Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Christina Aguilera, and Barbie Ferreira.
