Kristin Cavallari is proving that she’s summer-ready as she shows off her summer body on Instagram while celebrating “pool days.” The reality star, 36, sizzled in a strapless two-piece for her weekend share, showing off her jaw-dropping figure from her shoe closet and reminding fans that her ab game is strong.
Quickly finding herself complimented on her toned abdominal muscles, Kristin gained over 50,000 likes in just three hours, with her post also including her dog. The MTV alum made 2022 headlines for revealing that she’s actually gained weight, although the reveal came with her discussing the muscle she’s packed on.

Going leggy as she posed from her luxurious Tennessee home, Kristin stuck her hips out as she held her phone up with one hand while modeling a tiny, off-white bikini with a bandeau top and feminine bust knot.
Flashing her curves as she went high-cut and flaunted a golden tan, the podcast host sizzled as she showed off her built abs and toned thighs, also rocking her blonde locks down. Completing her look with a pair of shades and a cute necklace, Kristin made the most of the large mirror in front of her, one reflecting her gym-honed physique and dedication to shoes.
Eyeing Up ‘Pool Days’
In a caption, the reality star wrote: “Pool days are here.”
“That 6 pack tho! Get it mama,” one fan told the mom of three. Others sent the blonde fire emoji, with one fan commenting on Kristin’s four-legged friend. “Lucky pooch! We had a pool when we lived in Canada. ๐จ๐ฆ Sure missing it in Nashville! Enjoy!” they wrote.
Kristin has opened up about her body image, noting that she feels she was too skinny in her Laguna Beach days.
In June 2022, Kristin shared a rear view of her swimsuit body as she overlooked a beach. Stripping down to bare her toned buns as she spoke of her past self, the ex to Jay Cutler said: “Iโve been sitting on this picture for a few days going back and forth on if I should post it or not. Ultimately I decided to bc Iโve come a long way from a few years ago and Iโm really proud of the progress Iโve made.”
“I donโt even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos..and no, I never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress. I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because Iโm a mom doesnโt mean I canโt be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go,” the Uncommon James founder continued.
