The MCU actress, 57, gained over 1.3 million likes for celebrating “Sunday Funday” for her army of followers, althoughย dedicated fans will know that Salma’s figure isn’t kept it shape by lounging around.
Salma, who embraces an easygoing mindset and body-positive approach, is a giant fan of restorativeย yoga, something she revealed keeps her in shape back in 2020.ย The Eternalsย star even works with a yogi in London, U.K., crediting her trainer for teaching her how to tone up her muscles.

Striking a confident pose while on vacation, Salma sizzled in a purple bathing suit that perfectly flattered her hourglass silhouette. Lifting one leg on tip-toe a little as she stood on a wooden deck and barefoot, Salma thrilled her fans with her curves, also showing her high-end travel taste. Behind Hayek, an infinity pool opened onto uninterrupted ocean waters.
Braving a plunging neckline as she donned glam shades, Salma let her natural curls blow around in the ocean breeze. Going makeup-free, the Hollywood favorite reminded fans of her age-defying beauty, but her caption was all fun. “#sundayfunday,” the Mexico-born star wrote.

In her 2020ย Peopleย reveal, Salma stated: “I don’t have time to exercise. I am working. I’ve had some 20-hour days.” Despite her busy schedule, theย House of Gucciย star has a solution.
โI work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,โ she continued. โSo even when you brush your teeth, youโre working the muscles.โ Confirming that “restorative yoga” is her jam, Salma further dished: โShe taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If youโre aware of your body, youโd be surprised by the effect it can have.โ
