Sharon Osbourne has shocked viewers as new photos show her following her Ozempic-induced weight loss. The British media personality, 71, turned heads in L.A. this week as she enjoyed a little shopping, but it wasn’t her hitting up Neiman Marcus that got fans talking.
As one of the celebrities who has admitted to using weight loss drug Ozempic, Sharon has confirmed that she’d dropped 42 pounds on her weight loss journey, and fans were definitely noticing it. In the images published by The Daily Mail, the reality star and wife to Ozzy Osbourne had users saying that she looks “unwell,” with one even claiming that she appears “emaciated.” Also admitting to Ozempic use have been famous faces including Tesla founder Elon Musk and TV mogul Oprah Winfrey.
Sharon Obsbourne Worries Fans With Extreme Weight Loss
Accompanied by 12-year-old granddaughter Pearl, Sharon looked elegant in a tan pair of pants and a white t-shirt, dressing up her outfit via a pale blue shirt worn open.
Carrying an iced beverage as she carried a large black leather purse and upped her designer game via a pair of Chanel flat shoes, Sharon showed off her short red hair in the sunshine, but it was her much slimmer face and figure that led to the worried comments.
Fans Think She Looks Way Too Thin
Topping comments was a simple reply that read: “She looks unwell.”
Also gaining likes was a fan saying: “She looks emaciated, its even affecting her hair, it looks brittle.” A third user, clearly concerned, called the TV star “frail.”
Elsewhere, users slammed the media for following the star around wherever she goes, although this user also mentioned feeling that Sharon is too thin. “Sharon looks awful. Too much ozempic. Time to gain a little weight. Pearl is lovely but shouldn’t in here. She’s 12. Leave her alone,” they wrote.
Sharon has been open about her Ozempic use, even saying that she wouldn’t recommend the drug. She has, per The Daily Mail, also found it hard to regain any weight following using Ozempic. “I’ve been off it a while,” she told the outlet in November 2023. The star began using the drug in late 2022 and has stated that even back then, “everyone was using it.” Meanwhile, stars including Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Christina Aguilera continue to face allegations that they’ve lost weight due to Ozempic.
